This defines the coordination between the heart and the mind. Sentiments are related to your heart but memories are related to the mind. So dont confuse yourself by mixing them up as one unit... they are different... think!!!!!! A strong mind doesnt have sentiments and a heart full of sentiments doesnt have a strong mind..they are mutually exclusive... Life is a balance that see-saws between these too and its in our hands to control the oscillation by holding on the Life's Balance at equilibrium!!!!!!
PS:- The Life of a weak minded person is a mystery
but the life of a strong minded person creates history!!!!!
